Please make sure you are downloading the correct Real-time parent version [Parent version is the first two numbers “7.0….”]. A false major upgrade can cause communication issues. If this happens please raise a ticket using Computime Support Request. If installing on a new pc please install the full install set then apply the correct patch update [latest correct parent version] afterwards. please download the How-to-install-RT for information on how to install the software.
